Members of The Breathfast Club report a 67% drop in perceived stress after just one week of daily breathwork.

When I launched it, I wasn’t sure I could stay consistent. But the community became *my* anchor just as much as I was theirs.

We think transformation takes time.

Sometimes, it just takes a breath.

The Breathfast Club is my 20-minute daily breathwork membership.

It’s designed for women who feel the tension between being *too much* and *not enough.*

Here’s what happens in 20 minutes:

I’ve been feeling so sick for the last couple of days.
After two months of being constantly on the go, go, go … my body said: Enough!

So I’ve been resting for the last two days. Just now I was curious to play a little with these cards. They are beautiful but I’m not as familiar with them yet.

But here’s what emerged:

Three flames rise in the dusk of empire—
One of law, one of truth, one of the voice unchained.
He who cloaks himself in gold shall find it heavy to bear.
And in the hush after battle, the stars speak plainly.
What has been hidden will be seen.
What has been owned will be reckoned.
And the throne made of sand will return to sea
