Erin’s Story

“Working with Daniela gave me new clarity and confidence in my leadership. She has a rare ability to balance strategic insight with deep empathy, and she creates space that challenges you to expand while feeling fully supported. Her coaching has had a lasting impact on how I show up as a leader and collaborator. I highly recommend working with Daniela!”

When you meet Erin, you immediately notice her presence—confident, approachable, sharp. She’s the kind of leader who makes people feel seen and safe in the room. She’s also no stranger to the startup world, having helped grow companies like Aether from early-stage to well-established. Her leadership experience runs deep.

But when Erin and I began working together, there was another layer beneath the polished surface.

In 2020, like so many, Erin was laid off during the pandemic. It wasn’t just a career detour—it was a rupture. The loss of income and identity left her feeling unmoored, and although she found a new role later on, the nervous system imprint lingered.

She carried a quiet but persistent fear into high-stakes meetings. A tendency to overthink, to hesitate before speaking up, to avoid addressing conflict with peers or team members directly. Not because she didn’t know what to say—but because her body had internalized that being too visible or too direct might cost her.

She was still leading—but not from her full frequency.

What We Worked On

In our Frequency-First™ Coaching sessions, we focused on gently dismantling the internalized fear that came from past professional trauma—without pushing or forcing change.

We worked on:

  • Clearing the subconscious beliefs around visibility, safety, and self-trust
  • Using trauma-informed breathwork to help her regulate before key meetings or conversations
  • Transforming the emotional charge around the layoff and leadership triggers using PSYCH-K®
  • Practicing direct, embodied communication that aligned with her natural warmth and authority
  • Restoring coherence, so she no longer had to “perform” confidence—she simply was confident

This was about reclaiming the full bandwidth of her leadership—not just the polished outer edge, but the grounded, fearless core underneath.

The Transformation

The change was felt immediately.

Erin began speaking up with clarity, addressing tricky dynamics with her team and peers without letting issues fester. She no longer rehearsed conversations endlessly in her mind. Instead, she anchored into her nervous system, entered meetings grounded, and trusted what would come through.

She told me, “That experience in 2020 shaped me, but it no longer defines me. I finally feel like I’ve come home to myself.”

Her presence became more magnetic—not because she became someone new, but because she was finally leading from all of who she already was.

Why This Matters

Leadership is rarely about capability. It’s about capacity—the capacity to stay present, speak your truth, and act in alignment even when stakes are high.

And so often, the women I work with look strong on the outside. They are. But they’re also carrying the weight of past experiences—layoffs, burnout, betrayal, over-functioning. And it shows up in subtle ways: self-doubt, people-pleasing, hesitation.

Frequency-First™ Coaching meets you there.
It helps you clear what no longer serves, regulate what’s overwhelming, and return to your truth.

That’s what Erin did. And now, her leadership is both deeply strategic and energetically sovereign.
She doesn’t just lead teams. She leads herself—with trust, clarity, and unshakable inner safety.
