The Energy Leadership® Index (ELI 360) assessment combines the proprietary, research-backed ELI assessment with the popular 360 assessment. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that takes an abstract concept, like the way you view the world, and turns it into something tangible – a metric that you can see and feel and reevaluate in the future. It’s only available through an iPEC Certified Coach.

The ELI, captures how you currently perceive and approach work and life. With the awareness and insights gained through your personalized 90-minute Debrief Session via Zoom with me, you’ll have the opportunity to reshape your worldview and “transform who you are”.

The ELI Assessment is based on the 7-Levels of Energy Model and the Interplay of Anabolic and Catabolic Energy at every level. You’ll discover your Average Resonating Level of Energy (A.R.L.) which represents your average energy level under normal conditions and in reaction to stressful circumstances.

You’ll gain insights into where (and how) you’re investing your energy and discover a clear path to your work and life goals – and likely, a higher A.R.L.

A 360 assessment is a comprehensive feedback process in which an employee receives performance evaluations from a full circle of sources, including peers, subordinates, supervisors, and sometimes even clients. This multi-rater feedback provides a well-rounded view of the individual’s strengths, areas for improvement, and overall effectiveness in their role. The purpose of a 360 assessment is to enhance self-awareness, promote personal development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within an organization.

Once you have purchased the assessment, you will receive an email with a link to an online assessment. The assessment will take between 20-40 minutes to complete.

Once you have completed it, you can schedule your first of two 60-minute debrief sessions with me.

During the debrief sessions, you’ll receive tailor-made recommendations to help you raise your A.R.L.
